  • Store Contact Information: Includes the Store Name, Phone Number, and Head Office Address, including Street, City, State or Province, Country, and ZIP. This information is necessary for point-of-sale software functionality and support.

2. Purpose of Data Retention

Personal data is retained primarily for:

  • Service Provision: To facilitate the ongoing use of Imonggo services.
  • Customer Support: To assist account holders with inquiries and technical support.

3. Retention Periods

  • Free Accounts: Personal data is retained for up to 180 days after account inactivity or termination.
  • Premium Accounts: Personal data is retained for up to 3 years after account inactivity or termination, to comply with regulatory and service requirements.
