How to record customer info while selling on the iPad app
Need to take the customer’s information while selling on the iPad app? Here’s how to do that.
Steps on recording customer details while selling on the iPad app
1. While in Store, tap the customer icon.
2. Tap again the customer icon to create a new customer.
3. Fill up the customer details and tap the Create button.
4. Close the customer list dialog to refresh the list.
5. Tap the customer icon again.
6. Search for the customer and tap the matching name (should be highlighted in orange).
7. Once done, the customer should now be added to the sales transaction.
