How to check your sales report
The Sales Summary Report provides a record of the sales activity for a given period of time. You can monitors and check all your store’s sales transaction, and presents them in report format.
How to check your sales report
1. Click the Imonggo logo on the top-left of the page to open the Dashboard and view the summary of your sales report. By default, Today’s Sale Summary will be shown but you can change it to see the report by week or by month.
2. The Dashboard also shows the Top Products. This contains the ranking of the items that are considered as the best sellers.
3. To view the detailed summary of each report, click the Reports located at the lower portion of the Dashboard. You can also select it under Office >Reports.
4. The next page will display the complete details of Sales Report for each report type.
- Sales Dashboard – Shows the summary of the invoices including the graph chart of Gross Sales, Items Sold, and Transactions.

- Branch – Shows the graph and summary of the invoices per branch.
- Profit – Shows the graph and summary of the profit.
- Discounts – Shows the graph and summary of the discounts made and their frequency.
- Products
- Top Products – Shows the graph and summary of the top products’ gross sales and their quantity.
- Tags – Sh0w the graph and summary of the top product per tags.
- Customers – Shows the graph and summary of the gross sales and quantity of the products bought for each customer.
- Salesman – Shows the graph and summary of the gross sales and quantity of the products sold by each salesman.
- Payment – Shows the graph and summary of the payment type for every gross sales and quantity.
- Deposits Collected – Shows the graph and summary of the deposits collected for every gross sales and quantity.
- Points – Shows the graph and summary of the points earned and spent for every branch.
- Taxes – Shows the graph and summary of the total amount of tax rate made.
- Xero Postings – Shows the summary of the Xero Postings.
- Readings – Shows the summary of the X and Z reading done in every branch.
- Deposits and Withdrawals – Shows the summary about the deposits and withdrawals made by each user.
