We have a short announcement: we have changed the way that reward points are applied during returns*.
Previously, a return transaction does not have any effect on the customer’s existing reward points. Now, a return transaction will also return the points that are equivalent to the final return amount.
Let’s elaborate:
If I have a grocery store that gives customers 1 reward point for every $10 purchase…
