Trouble Logging In

If you experience trouble logging in to your Imonggo account, please try the solutions below.

Turn On Cookies and Javascript

To be able to use Imonggo, your browser must accept cookies, and the javascript must be turned on.

If you cannot log in to your Imonggo account, click Allow Cookies in your browser's settings. Similarly, turn on Javascript if you experience problems while using Imonggo. Both features are turned on by default for most browsers.

If you are not sure about how to set up your browser, we suggest that you try another one. Imonggo supports Mozilla Firefox (2.0+), Apple Safari (4.0+), and Microsoft Internet Explorer (6.0+). We recommend the browsers Firefox for Windows and Linux users, and Safari for Mac users.
